In the Coaching Focus program, deans will learn:
- About their role as an instructional leader and how to implement a variety of coaching activities into their regular practice
- About the instructional coaching cycle and the specific actions they should take within each part of the cycle
- How to use real-time feedback to foster continuous improvement and drive student achievement
