About The Dean Model at NHA
The Dean Model was developed to improve student outcomes through focusing on teacher improvement. This is accomplished in two main ways—as deans work with and support individual teachers, and as deans support the effective collaboration of all their direct reports. In the course you will learn about each component of the Dean Model at NHA.
This course relates to the Dean Development Rubric Key Practice #1 and #3.
