In your role as a leader there will always be something to do.  As you juggle keeping all the balls in the air while  maintaining work/life balance you will want to build your toolbox for managing your time.  The goal of building this toolkit is to ensure you become more efficient with your time, spend your time on the right tasks and prioritize effectively to drive meaningful impact in your school building.  

The vision of this course is for deans to feel accomplished at the end of each day and week, knowing they are driving meaningful impact, prioritizing their core responsibilities, and leading in a way that empowers others to grow rather than being caught in the trap of reacting to fires that arise in their role.
